We have designed and developed the functions required to bind policies, track and report on client change requests, download policy transactions, produce certificates of insurance, and so much more.

Claim btcore capabilities include recording and reporting on first notices of loss, tracking subsequent activities, and receiving carrier claims download transactions.  Escalation rules can be configured to raise agency awareness of key claims journey moments.

Unfortunately, agents are still required to generate carrier-specific PDF documents.  btcore capabilities prefill and generate carrier applications and supplementals from the data collected in Salesforce along the entire customer journey.  Account Executives are able to update and submit these finalized forms to carriers when going to market.

btcore provides your agency with a library of insurance questionnaires that helps enhance the producer, account executive, and client experience.  The capabilities allow producers to complete the questionnaire on behalf of the client, or send the client an email to complete the online, branded questionnaire, on their own.

Generating Certificates of Insurance (COI) for clients is a common service request. btcore provides the ability to create certificate masters, track certificate holders, and produce certificate documents.  Some agents have even extended the capability directly to their clients for self-service COI purposes.

btcore has integrated Amazon Simple Storage Services (AWS S3) with Salesforce to provide a seamless experience for users to upload and track client documents, spreadsheets, images, video, email attachments, and btcore generated documents like certificates, or auto-id cards.
