Applications & Supplementals
Unfortunately, agents are still required to generate carrier-specific PDF documents. btcore capabilities prefill and generate carrier applications and supplementals from the data collected in Salesforce along the entire customer journey. Account Executives are able to update and submit these finalized forms to carriers when going to market.
btcore provides your agency with a library of insurance questionnaires that helps enhance the producer, account executive, and client experience. The capabilities allow producers to complete the questionnaire on behalf of the client, or send the client an email to complete the online, branded questionnaire, on their own.
Generating Certificates of Insurance (COI) for clients is a common service request. btcore provides the ability to create certificate masters, track certificate holders, and produce certificate documents. Some agents have even extended the capability directly to their clients for self-service COI purposes.
