Policy, Billing, and Claims Inquiry to Insurance Carrier
btcore has partnered with insurance carriers to deliver a seamless policy, billing, and claim inquiry experience for agents within Salesforce. Generating Certificates of Insurance (COI) for clients is a common and necessary service request for agents and brokers. btcore provides the ability to track, manage, and service all COI requests and even extends the capability directly to clients for agents that want to offer a self-service COI experience.
btcore provides an easy-to-navigate experience to import the insured’s scheduled items into Salesforce FSC. You can also export the scheduled items as needed. These schedules are used to generate Certificates of Insurance and prefill carrier submissions and insurance proposals. For key accounts, agencies can also extend capabilities directly to insureds to maintain their own vehicle, driver, and equipment schedules.
