Carrier Downloads
btcore has integrated the traditional industry AL3 & XML download processes into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Transaction downloads from partner carriers are supported for personal lines, commercial lines, claims, eDocs, and direct bill commissions. After binding a policy, the incoming policy download from the carriers matches up and provides your services team with the information needed to create the best client experience.
Policy, Billing, and Claims Inquiry to Insurance Carrier
btcore has partnered with insurance carriers to deliver a seamless policy, billing, and claim inquiry experience for agents within Salesforce. Renewal Manager
Stay ahead of upcoming renewals with the btcore Renewal Manager. Producers and account managers can easily filter policies and prioritize work to re-market, update, or automatically renew policies. Producers can also identify new coverage opportunities for upcoming renewals and ensure possible coverage gaps are discussed with the client.

For example, if you wish to have all of your customers be offered a new cyber policy quote, have the system create “Cyber Opportunity” for all upcoming renewals to remind your team to provide a quote so that all customers are offered a cyber quote unless they already have the coverage.
Certificates of Insurance
Generating Certificates of Insurance (COI) for clients is a common and necessary service request for agents and brokers. btcore provides the ability to track, manage, and service all COI requests and even extends the capability directly to clients for agents that want to offer a self-service COI experience.
Customer Schedules
btcore provides an easy-to-navigate experience to import the insured’s scheduled items into Salesforce FSC. You can also export the scheduled items as needed. These schedules are used to generate Certificates of Insurance and prefill carrier submissions and insurance proposals. For key accounts, agencies can also extend capabilities directly to insureds to maintain their own vehicle, driver, and equipment schedules.
