Do I have to license Salesforce Financial Services Cloud separately?
Yes. btcorecloud is an extension of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Accounting Seed. It is implemented as a managed package within your Salesforce FSC org. We can assist you with your licensing requirements and introduce you to some of our Salesforce and Accounting Seed relationships for the best pricing options.

How do I estimate my total cost of ownership for using btcore?
We can provide you with a budgetary estimate with one-time implementation and data migration costs. Once on the platform, we find that most agencies save 7-15% of their current spend on a traditional agency management system.

Does btcore provide implementation services?
Yes, we have exclusive partnerships with system implementation partners to implement btcore for you.

What is the average timeline for implementing btcore?
Implementations can vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the amount and quality of data being migrated, ​the number of systems being sunset, the number of users being onboarded. The most recent implementations have taken 90-120 days.

How does btcore support us after we go-live?
Once implemented, standard email support is available from 7am-6pm ET. Premier support plans are also available with structured service-level agreements.

Can I accept and process traditional carrier downloads in btcore?
Yes. We currently support initial loads, daily policy downloads, claims downloads, and eDocs.
